To get to your Pride of Ohio classes, you may enter through the main doors of F.A.S.T. or through the Pride door on the west side near the back of the building.
Water fountains and restrooms are located in the main lobby of F.A.S.T.
It is recommended that all students use the restroom before class and bring a water bottle (with water only) with their name on it.
A parent viewing area is located between the two Pride rooms.
Parents are welcome to visit the main lobby of F.A.S.T. during class to get information about other programs, as well as visit the health smoothie bar.
Water and other beverages are available for purchase at the health and smoothie bar.
Parents of preschool and young school age children are asked to remain in the viewing area to escort their children to the bathroom if needed.
Classes at Pride @ F.A.S.T. are scheduled so that parents may schedule their training sessions during their child's class time.
The gym is kept cool during the winter, so it is recommended that parents and students dress appropriately so they can stay warm during class.
